Haven Golden Sands Holiday Park in Lincolnshire

The Lincolnshire coastline has some amazing stretches of seaside but we think that caravan owners at our holiday park are beside the best bit. Just across the road through the sand dunes you’ll find a massive sandy beach that goes on and on for miles in both directions.

We like the beach here so much we named our holiday park after it! Nestled amongst the nearby sand dunes is a local Seal Sanctuary and wildlife centre which is well worth a visit, especially if you’re bringing young children to stay with you in your holiday home.

Back at Golden Sands we have plenty for you to try out too. All of our static caravans are a just a short walk from our centrally positioned main complex. This building encloses a secure, family play space where you’ll find things like our adventure playground, crazy golf course, multi-sports court and funfair rides. Both our indoor and outdoor pools within our pool complex are heated and have their own flumes to ride.

Our caravan park is just a mile down the road from Mablethorpe, so you can definitely walk into town along the beachfront. It’s a fantastic quality, Blue Flag beach - it’s so long that there’s actually a sand train running along it. Just hop on at the Seal Sanctuary and you’ll be in town in no time.

Why choose Golden Sands?

Golden sands is a great place to buy a caravan holiday home if you love long walks on the beach, enjoy exploring the beautiful countryside and want plenty to do close by. It’s a nice environment to spend time in too - there’s a couple of large open greens where your family can play or picnic. And we have two small fishing lakes, perfect if you enjoy spending a relaxing day casting lines by the water’s edge.

We’ve got some cool sports facilities too like our climbing wall, ropes course and archery range. Plus we run plenty of other sports sessions like fencing, football and pool kayaking, so you can always try something new each time you visit your static caravan.

And as an owner you can get away from it all in our private Owners’ lounge and bar and meet like-minded owners at any one of our owners’ parties, events and experience days, not to mention our popular wine club.

Our most recent holiday home development is actually down by the sand dunes so some of the caravans we have for sale are literally right beside the beach.

Things to do in Lincolnshire

Apart from the nearby Seal Sanctuary and Mablethorpe town, there are several great places to take your family. Leave your holiday home for the day and head out to the ancient city of Lincoln. Not only does it have plenty of historical buildings to discover, like its castle and cathedral, but it’s also the best place for miles around to go for some retail therapy.

About 15 miles down the coast from our holiday park you can find Fantasy Island Theme Park. They’ve got excellent roller coasters and rides that are suitable for the whole family plus a go kart track and a big indoor play area for your little ones. Whilst you’re down there you could visit the lively seaside resort of Skegness (or Skeg-Vegas as it’s sometimes called) just a little further down the road.
