Annual site fees cover your use of all the great facilities and activities at Golden Sands, plus the service provision of security, landscaping, refuse collection and grass cutting amongst others.
They include the following:

- Use of Golden Sands' facilities and activities
- Park Maintenance
- Landscaping
- Refuse collection
- Grass cutting
- Annual re-investment
- Owners Exclusive and Aftersales Team service
- Owners Exclusive Events
Annual site fees at Golden Sands range from £1,965 to £2,950 p/a less any sublet income you earn, depending on the location of your Holiday Home on the Park.
